Please read through our terms and conditions in order to familiarize yourself on what we can do and not do. We regard our service to our clients as the most important building block in our business plan. All correspondence will be treated in the strictest confidence. Any complaint or query will be dealt with promptly as follows: We will acknowledge correspondence within 24 hours and on weekends 48hours. We will aim to resolve all issues within 1week from initial date of first email received. We will keep you fully informed during the order and dispatch process. Order & Payment information We display all prices for the books and other products except delivery charges clearly on the website. We use the PayFast payment gateway, which offers secure credit card transactions. This means we never get to see your credit card details, but we do receive a notification from PayFast as soon as payment has been made into our account. *We accept Visa, Master Card and Instant EFT through PayFast. Your email to us must include the following information: The title of the book you want to buy. Your name and surname. Your full address to where you want us to send your book. Your email address. On receipt of your email order we will quote registered and insured postage (both air and surface depending how far you stay from Johannesburg)only. We always use Postnet but depending on where you stay and the urgency of your order we can quote on the courier service that will get your order there as soon as possible. After your acceptance of our quote we will send you a payment link to your email address from PayFast. The moment we receive your payment confirmation from PayFast we will go ahead and dispatch your order within 24hours. If you stay near or in Kempton Park we can arrange to meet each other to hand over your order after payment have been confirmed by PayFast to us. All the information and prices on this website are correct at time of order. Disclaimer Sometimes our website may be unavailable due to maintenance or due to power outages. We try to minimize such downtime if possible, but cannot guarantee that the site will be available at any given time. We do not accept liability for damaged goods/ lost goods received on buyers end, so it is extremely important that you opt for the insurance cost included in the order quote for the products ordered. We do not accept any liability for direct or indirect damages, any loss of data and third party claims, from the use of this website.
